Ügyfélkörünk örvendetesen bővül, nyílt és céges tréning programjaink értékesítésére és/vagy megtartására keresünk mind free-lance alvállalkozó partnereket, mind főállású munkatársakat. Amennyiben úgy érzi, hogy perfekcionista, szakmaisága megfelel a legigényesebb elvárásoknak, nincsenek sztárallűrjei és készen áll a megmérettetésre - várjuk jelentkezését! Kérjük küldje el fényképes önéletrajzát és külön file-ban jelölje meg azon tréning(ek)et, képzés(ek)et amely tartásában  gyakorlatot szerzett, ill. amelyekben akár azonnal is "bevethető". Ha érezzük a gyümölcsöző együttműködés lehetőségét, 1-4 héten belül kapcsolatba lépünk Önnel. A nyelvtudás hiánya nem kizáró feltétel, de kifejezetten várjuk olyan kollégák jelentkezését, akik programjainkat ANGOLUL is meg tudják tartani. (A fentiek jegyében angolul) mit kérünk és mit kínálunk? 

Tasks

• (in case of company programs) Identify and get in contact with prospects, prepare proposals, sell our programs
• Make a contract with the client according to our relevant policy
• Plan, design and prepare the training handbook in accordance with our CI guidelines
• Deliver company training courses - possibly in English as well
• Perform all activities related to training preparation and follow-up
• Adapt training courses to the needs of individual corporate customers

What we expect

• A university or college degree
• Sufficient experience in the relevant professional field or in delivering the training in question
• A maximum moral integrity in respecting that our clients are ours
• A contract acknowledged 1.5 year grace period - commencing at the hypothetical end of our cooperation - during which our clients cannot be approached or serviced by our trainer partner or any legal entity affiliated with / related to / owned by the training partner

Advantages not required but highly appreciated

• Language skills in Chinese, French, German, Russian or Eastern European languages

What we offer to our future colleague

• A fee or salary to match performance, a standard 15.000 + vat for open programs and
  up to 50% of the dues actually paid for by our clients with a maximum of HUF 120.000 + vat / day
  when all tasks above are properly performed
